appointment scheduling
process, we have
established the
following appointment
cancellation and money
refund policy:
1. Cancellation
and Rescheduling:
a. Notice
Requirements:
We kindly request that
you at least 72 hours'
notice for appointment,
cancellations or
rescheduling of sessions
that has been booked
online. This allows us
to offer the appointment
slot to another client
in need.
b. Late
Cancellations:
Appointments canceled or
rescheduled with less
than 24 hours' notice
may be subject to no
refund. This fee helps
cover the costs
associated with the
reserved time.
c. No-Show
Policy: If you
fail to show up for a
scheduled appointment
without prior notice,
you may be charged the
full session fee.
Repeated no-shows may
result in restrictions
on future appointment
scheduling.
d. Rescheduling:
We understand that
unexpected circumstances
can arise. If you need
to reschedule an
appointment within 24
hours of appointment
scheduled time, please
contact us as soon as
possible to
[email protected],
and we will do our best
to secure your session
investment.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Refunds for
Canceled Appointments:
Refunds for canceled
appointments are
typically not provided.
However, we understand
that certain situations
may warrant exceptions.
Please contact us to
discuss any exceptional
circumstances. The
refund if sanctioned
will be done to the
orginal mode used for
payment.
b. Refunds for
Prepaid Sessions:
If you have prepaid for
a session and need to
cancel, refer to the
cancellation policy for
details on any
applicable cancellation
fees or refund
eligibility.
c. Refunds for
Unused Services:
If you have prepaid for
a package of sessions
and have unused sessions
remaining, you may
request a refund for the
unused portion. Refunds
for unused sessions will
be processed based on
the individual session
fee minus any applicable
cancellation fees.
d. Refunds for
Product Purchases:
For product purchases,
we offer refunds within
5 days of product
returned, but provided
the product is returned
unopened and in its
original condition with
all packaging intact.
Refunds will be
processed in the
original form of
payment.
e. Refunds for
Gift
Certificates/Vouchers:
Gift certificates or
vouchers are
non-refundable but may
be transferable to
another individual upon
request.
f. Processing
Time:
Processing time for
refund is usually 5
working days. The refund
after initiated from our
side, usually take
7 working days by
the payment service
provider..
3. Refund
Disputes:
If you have concerns or
disputes regarding a
refund, please contact
our office to discuss
the matter. We are
committed to working
with you to find a
satisfactory resolution.
